Skip to content - By booking any service with Aatmaja Tours and Travels, the passenger agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. We request all customers to carefully read and understand these policies before confirming their booking.
- All vehicles operated by Aatmaja Tours and Travels are registered under valid Tourist Permit (TP). Seating capacity strictly follows the Registration Certificate (RC) of each vehicle, and overloading beyond the permitted capacity is strictly prohibited. Safety and legal compliance remain our highest priority at all times.
- Any change in date or time will be subject to vehicle availability. Aatmaja Tours and Travels reserves the right to allocate vehicles based on operational requirements and availability.
- Customers are requested to count their luggage at the time of loading and unloading. Aatmaja Tours and Travels will not entertain complaints regarding missing luggage after the journey is completed.
- Pickup details will be communicated approximately two hours prior to departure. Passengers are requested to be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- For airport arrivals, a representative of Aatmaja Tours and Travels may receive passengers at the terminal exit gate with a placard displaying the passenger’s name, where applicable. In case of flight arrival delays or customs clearance delays, the booking may be transferred to the next available cab without additional charges, subject to availability.
- Aatmaja Tours and Travels reserves the right to decide the route of pickup and drop based on operational feasibility and passenger addresses.
- Carrying contraband, explosives, or inflammable materials is not allowed, and any passenger violating safety rules may be asked to leave the vehicle immediately.
- Air-conditioning (AC) is provided on a complimentary basis. No refund shall be made in case of AC malfunction during or after the journey.
- All cancellations must be made prior to departure, and refund eligibility (if applicable) will depend on the type of service booked. Cancellation charges may apply.
- By confirming a booking with Aatmaja Tours and Travels, the passenger acknowledges and agrees to all the above Terms and Conditions.
